ok

Our neighbourhood requires that a satisfactory design be constructed to the betterment of all communities, and not just to the betterment of PMV's pocketbook. If this Port Expansion Project is so deathly important to Canada's economy, then proper Federal funding should be set aside, and a design process be followed that is not rushed, as is being done now.

We want a new LLR that is built no more than 3 metres higher than the existing roadway, and a retaining wall constructed above this new road on the North side for the section from St. Patrick's Ave. to Moodyville Park. This type of construction has been achieved with the new Lougheed Highway alignment in Coquitlam, BC, near the North end of the Port Mann Bridge, and it we doubt that portion is costing more than $100 million.

A new LLR that has proper drainage, safe bicycle lanes and a smooth roadbed for safe and expeditious transport of all vehicles and unobstructed access to Port Lands for employees and emergency vehicles.

If built right, it will be a benefit to PMV, its tenants, the neighbouring City of North Vancouver and all other communities that rely on this important thoroughfare for transportation, and it will provide this benefit for decades to come.

Success!"}
